The fifteenth issue (1983) is thematically linked to the anniversary of K. Marx and develops the dialectical-materialist interpretation of systems research, while also strengthening the discourse on the connections between systems ideas and mathematics. The socio-economic block is dedicated to planning and management, organizational and behavioral aspects, while the modeling section focuses on simulation, artificial intelligence, and the unity of the 'model of the object' and the 'model as an instrument'. The final part discusses the structure of scientific and technical knowledge and a cross-section of a specific discipline.
